This is part of a Contract for ASSESSMENT SERVICES OF THE CONDITION OF CRANES ON THE BLOCK between an Oil Company and a Service Provider

9. Warranty Period

9.1. CONTRACTOR warrants to COMPANY that the Work shall:
i) Be performed by appropriately qualified and trained personnel, with due care and diligence; and
ii) Be of sound materials and workmanship, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Contract and the normal usage of such Work.
