Mas o texto não tem o consumidor como público-alvo. O texto é para os chefs ou restaurateurs. A questão da possível conotação pejorativa não se aplica neste caso. Mas temos opções como "os mais abonados" ou "os que não restringem seus gastos"
Esbanjador tem uma certa conotação negativa, o que não me parece ser aqui o caso. Julgo que tem mais a ver com quem não precisa de fazer contas e tem liberdade de gastar como lhe aprouver.
Faz-se luz! É claro que esses são os melhores clientes: os que não olham a despesas, pedem pratos extravagantes e vinhos únicos... Já aprendemos alguma coisa hoje! Continuação de bom trabalho...
