Tub margarine contains less saturated fat and less trans fat than do spreads. That\'s probably why I\'ve interpreted them to be more healthy, i.e having more of the right type of fat. BLANGSTED is right and I\'m wrong, sorry Elisabeth :-)

  -> I know, but tub may also be "animalsk". As far as I understood, the question related to kind/type of fat. If it's just the way it is contained, I agree with you.

neutral  Tor G Jensen: Poenget med myk margarin - som enkelt kan emballeres i beger - er at den ikke inneholder så mye mettet (usunt) fett. Det er sannsynligvis mulig å putte usunn, hard margarin i beger også. Smørevilligheten ved romtemp. er en konsekvens av sunnhetsgraden!
