English term or phrase: collective agreement
I am translating a text about collective agreements in Poland and there is a distinction between a collective contract and collective agreement, but it is a bit different from the Norwegian distinction between "tariffavtale" and "overenskomst" where the second one is a part of the first one which refers to the salary and working conditions.
In Polish collective contracts are a form of collective agreements, and are signed based on the agreements. The agreements can be made about anything and do not necessarily have to end with signing a contract, but they are binding anyway.

How can I translate the phrase "collective agreement" so that is not confused with "tariffavtale" and "overenskomst"?

Norwegian translation:kollektiv avtale
Explanation:
Jeg foreslår at du oversetter til norsk slik du har gjort til engelsk. Tariffavtale er en form for kollektiv avtale, på samme måte som "porozumienie zbiorowe" er en form for "umowa zbiorowa".
