Det eneste alternativet til en "garanti" i Norge, vil være det lovbestemte "mangelsansvaret", som fremgår av bl.a. kjøpslovgivn.ingen. Jeg foreslår derfor at du i dette tilfellet rett og slett oversetter "Warranty & Guarantee" med garanti. Forskjellen på de to er ganske subtil etter min mening og kan forklares slik: "A warranty is general coverage on the product that covers most things that could cause the product to stop working.
