English term or phrase: stacked leather
I have a sentence that talks about a shoe heel that is covered in stacked leather. I know that this is some sort of process of intertwining pieces of leather together, I just don't know the Norwegian term for this, I am thinking it might be something like "stablet lær" or "bundet lær," but I really don't know.
Replies will be greatly appreciated.

Explanation:
I have seen this phrase used in a couple of Norwegian texts.

Example sentence(s):
  • Den har en tøff mellomsåle og glatt skinn yttersåle med en stablet hæl.
