Faktiski tā ir samazināta (škietami) cena. Izejot vienkārši no vārda nozīmes, True up šeit lietots ar nozīmi - "atspoguļojot patieso situāciju" ar domu, ka kopējais skaits ir pieaudzis "gone up" un papildus licences var dabūt par labāku cenu. |
