原文はフランス語(spores du polymère)で、車の燃料中の水分を濾過するフィルターの材質の話です。
sporeではなくporeの間違いだと思ったのですが、クライアントはsporeだと言っています。
どなたか、意味と和訳をご存知の方いらっしゃいませんか?

フランス語のSporeには英語のSpore以外の意味・使い方がありますか?ただ単に細胞(または胞子)のような微小な形態をsporeと言っているように思えるのですが。
