御仏のお情けを (Mi-Hotoke no O Nasake Wo) which literally means "My Lord Budda, please give me thy m

Explanation:
First, do you want that in Japanese writing, or in Roma-Ji (English alphabet in Japanese phonetic)? Well I provide you in both. However, we must be aware this is not easy task and there should be many answers, so mine is grossly abbreviated as concept is so deep and enormous.
First of all, I've never heard "blessing" in Buddhist context. In my understanding it is a Christian idea. Thereby cultural adjustment was made there (in "anime" or whatever you are referring to), becuase "mercy" is better fit to Buddhist context than "blessing". Having said that I offer this limited answer in hope for rendering some help to you.

Last part of the heading was chopped off (due to space limit). Word that follows missing \"m\" is \"mercy\".

agree  Mike Maynerich: Yes but putting Mi- on Hotoke is very formal and in comic books it would be left off.

i invoke buddha's blessing
御仏のご慈悲を求める

Explanation:
It would be safer for you to clearly translate the verb, "invoke" as 求める to get more accurate translation, although it could be omitted from the original sentence above depending on the tone of the dialogue in the anime.

What's more important here is how you translate the phrase of "buddha's blessing."

buddha's blessing: 仏の慈悲

In Buddhism, the word, "blessing" should be translated as (ご)慈悲 which means "giving happiness by saving all sentient beings from suffering" according to the following glossary list of Buddhism and Zen.
