Asker: Anche io l'avevo interpretata in un modo simile... infatti digitando "blocked in fire hydrant" in google, vengono fuori soprattutto immagini di idranti ostacolati da automobili parcheggiate proprio davanti (che in qualche modo complicano le operazioni di aggancio del tubo della pompa)

Qui dice "dove i sistemi antincendio (segue elenco) sono danneggiati/compromessi" e quindi secondo non si tratta del fatto che sono irraggiungibili.
