Kedves kollégák!
Ez egy kisebb baleset japánok által írt jelentése. Nem igazán értem a cross job kifejezés jelentését, különösen nem az up-and-down-al együtt. A feltételezésem az, hogy több szakterület, vagy több különálló szervezet (vállalkozó) dolgozónak részvételével végzett munkáról van szó.

A szövegkörnyezet:
On April 9, 2020, ... (egy ipari létesítmény) … was in the installation and commissioning phase. At 15:40, the contractor personnel dismantled the scaffold for the RB6 corridor. After the scaffold was dismantled, the worker threw a scaffold tube (1.5m long) onto the storage rack while stacking the scaffold tubes. The scaffold tube slipped from the storage rack to the gap between the inner casing and the baffle and fell from the gap, hitting the safety helmet of the personnel of the pipeline team working below (13.9m drop), causing the personnel being injured and taken to hospital.
In fact, it was a kind of up-and-down cross job, while the contractor did not manage according to the requirements for cross jobs. The protective measures for up-and-down cross jobs were insufficient.

Magyarán: az építési területen, több (magassági) szinten is, egyszerre több szakági munkát végeztek. A különböző munkák koordinálása nem volt megfelelő, emiatt következett be a baleset. Ha szóltak volna az ácsoknak, hogy addig tartsanak szünetet, amíg lent dolgoznak a víz-gáz szerelők, vagy legyenek óvatosabbak, talán nem következik be a baleset.
