English term or phrase: Celery leaves contain more calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins A and C than do the stalks
I was wondering how you would say this in Greek (Celery leaves contain more calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins A and C than do the stalks.) ? Any help with a translation is greatly apprecciated.

Sincerely,

Dear Elena,
Thank you very much for your translation of my sentence. All of this helps me understand the Greek language a little better. I was a somewhat surprised that Greek uses vitamin c since gamma is the third letter in the Greek alphabet. Vitamin C must be an internationally recognized term. Special thanks also to Daphne Theodoraki for completing the sentence. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. Bye! / Adio!

Explanation:
Just adding the part that's missing in Elena's answer. Here is the whole sentence, with the missing part between asterisks.

Tα φύλλα του σέλινου περιέχουν περισσότερο ασβέστιο, σίδηρο, κάλιο και βιταμίνες Α και C ***απ' ό,τι τα κοτσάνια***
