An American car Insurance type of cover, similar to the 'Bonus Protection' in the UK. In setting your Car Insurance Premium, the '.....forgiveness' cover allows the Insurance Co. to 'ignore/forgive' you of that accident and deem you as not to have had it!!! In the UK it is known as 'Bonus Protection'. You are allowed to have two accidents(your fault) within 5 years, which do not affect your renewal premiums.

neutral  Andras Mohay (X): Κάπως έτσι, μακάρι όμως να ξέραμε πώς έχει καθιερωθεί στα Ελληνικά. Το small αναφέρεται μάλλον στο ατύχημα (μέχρι το ευτελές ποσό των USD 1200) και δεν είναι κάλυψη, αλλά αμνήστευση, μη συνυπολογισμός. / Συμφωνώ, αλλά πώς λέγεται ελληνιστί;

  -> Thanks Andras. "παραγνώρισης''. Δηλ. '..να μη ληφθεί υπόψη' κατά την ανανέωση της ασφάλειας του επόμενου χρόνου.Ή ως μη έγινε το ατύχημα. Εμείς στην Αγγλία έχομε το 'Bonus Protection' as optional additional cover.
