Ist natürlich von der Sprachrichtung her etwas problematisch, aber hat jmd. eine Ahnung ob es sich bei diesem Vornamen um eine Dame oder einen Herrn handelt.

Je nachdem ist es dann nämlich die/der Bevollmächtigte(r). Ansonsten muss ich die Doppellösung lassen.
