Im zu übersetzenden Text geht es um abnehmbare Teilprothesen (Gebiss, Zahnersatz).
Diese werden nun mit "Wrap around bars and all-on-four dentures" verglichen.

"cousins" sind einfach die "armen Verwandten", also eine poetische Umschreibung
des betrachteten Zahnersatzes.

"digital dentistry" = digitale Zahnheilkunde (digital i.S.v. digitalisiert (auf dem Rechner))

In Fachbroschüren wie der unter
http://www.dcd-dohrn.de/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/3Shape-De... ist von „[Implantat-]Stegen und Brücken [vom Standardtyp] … Wrap-around“ die Rede. Daher würde ich meinen Antwortvorschlag erweitern zu:

• Brücken und Stege vom Typ Wrap-around
• Brücken und Stege in Wrap-around-Ausführung
