Eigentlich geht es um "audio-first". AI chat bot/concierge wird ja wohl ein KI-Chatbot/Concierge sein.

Sorry, ist grad viel los. Also im Deutschen bräuchten wir da einen Bindestrich oder du wiederholst "KI", was auch besser aussieht: "sprachgesteuerter KI-Chatbot/KI-Concierge". :)
