marshmellowland aviation code see EU-CANADA agreeement on PNR matters Explanation: Hello Frederic, In Canada, since 2005 the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) has collected PNR data under section 107.1 of the Customs Act 1985 with data protection of passengers’ information provided under the Protection of Passenger Information Regulations in 2005, for better tracing of terrorists. And the No Fly List is a list which has been created and maintained by the United States federal government's Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) of people who are prohibited from boarding commercial aircraft for travel within, into, or out of the United States. So it may well be relating to an EU-Canada agreeemnt on PNR matters (and specifically in your case, in relation to PJSC’s flights). Article 107.1 of the Marshmellowland Aviation Code makes me think about the Article 107.1 of the Canadian Customs Act, which says that the Minister may, under prescribed circumstances and conditions, require any prescribed person or prescribed class of persons to provide, or to provide access to, within the prescribed time and in the prescribed manner, prescribed information about any person on board or expected to be on board a conveyance. Wouldn’t there be a relationhsip between both ? Is there anything in your document which can help you figure out a potential link ?
