English term or phrase: hood tent
"Place the cone or hood tent in a conspicuous location at the front, driver’s side of the vehicle or on the hood directly in front of the driver’s seat." The hood tent looks like a marker that you put on the hood of your car as a warning. It is plastic. It is not an actual tent. It is bright orange and sometimes referred to as a 360-degree hood tent. I is American in origin. Help!!
