Comment traduiriez-vous "fiscal code" dans le contexte suivant ?

"XX (hereafter mentioned as XX), with its official headquarters in [...], registered in the [Country] Trade Register with number [...] , fiscal code [...], processes personal data etc."

J'ai pensé à "numéro fiscal", mais existe-t-il un terme spécifique pour les entreprises ?

question of method we don't know from which country is this business it's quite possible that in that country they don't have VAT as one of the taxes AT ALL!

Also there is no indication that it is an EU country, so refs specific to EU are pointless - OTOH knowing in which country is this business would be very relevant!

numéro de TVA

étant donné qu'en France lorsqu'une entreprise s'immatricule on lui attribue plusieurs numéros d'identifications, je pense que comme "fiscal" est relatif "aux impôts" ça se rapproche à "numéro de TVA" qui est délivré par les service des impôts en France.

e numéro de TVA intracommunautaire est un identifiant fiscal qui est attribué par le service des impôts compétent territorialement à toutes les entreprises redevables de la TVA.

Remarque : aucun numéro de TVA intracommunautaire n’est attribué à un auto-entrepreneur ou à une entreprise en franchise de TVA.

Le numéro de TVA intracommunautaire de l’entreprise doit être renseigné sur l’ensemble des factures. Il est par ailleurs nécessaire pour établir les déclarations de TVA, les déclarations d’échanges de biens (DEB) et les déclarations européennes de services (DES).

Lorsque vous effectuez des opérations intracommunautaires :

il convient dans certains cas de le fournir au fournisseur intracommunautaire lorsque vous achetez afin qu’il puisse vous facturer en hors taxes,
et dans d’autres cas, vous allez devoir le demander à vos clients professionnels intracommunautaires afin de pouvoir les facturer hors taxes.

Merci JPaul, Je pencherais plutôt pour votre deuxième proposition, "numéro d'identification fiscal", car rien n'indique qu'il s'agit d'un "code" faisant uniquement référence à la TVA.
