French translation:se déduisent de votre [rémunération]
Explanation:
In the absence of proper context (except we can deduce this is US), I am assuming that this is referring to the 'deductions' being taken from the person's pay-check — apparently, deducted at source, it seems. Since the insurer sees fit to specify this, I think it ill behoves the translator to simply gloss over it.
I have suggested 'rémuneration' as a place-holder for the assumed '(pay-)check', but of course other terms may be more appropriate, depending on your wider context.

-> Ah but no, that's where you are misunderstanding! It's not 'votre compte' at all.

agree  Eliza Hall: FSA = Flexible Spending Account, which isn't an account at a bank but merely a category of deductions from your pay check (https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/health-care/flexible-sp...

Explanation:

neutral  Tony M: Although that is a plausible explanation of the mechanism at work here, I don't believe this actually offers a translation of the term asked, which as far as I can see is simply about where the insurance contributions come from (deductions at source).
