English term or phrase: NE
Hello,

On a driving license from Mauritius, I am stumped on the abbreviation in vehicle types F and F1:
F Heavy Motor Car NE... Passengers
F1 Heavy Motor Vehicle NE.... Kilos

Anyone know what the NE stands for, and if so how to translate it?

Many thanks.
