English term or phrase: Semi-cos lettuce
Un peu de contexte : "Cos and semi-cos lettuces are upright and more oval in shape, with longer, crisper leaves; they are sometimes called romaine lettuces" (seule occurence du terme).

Merci d'avance.

mini-romaine (à cœur dense)
Explanation:

Cos/romaine. Elongated, upright leaves produce loaf-like heads. The heads grow to different lengths, and in our experience, the taller, longer forms tend to produce loose, open heads, while the shorter, so-called semi-cos forms produce heads that are firm and dense. These shorter forms often go under the generic name ‘Little Gem’, though the term ‘Little Gem’ also refers to a specific variety. The semi-cos forms are deservedly popular: they mature quite quickly and have a moist, crunchy texture that is superb.
