agree  Willem Wunderink: Ik denk het ook, hoewel het theoretisch misschien ook een decreet zou kunnen zijn, aangezien het hier een overheidsinstantie betreft? In de praktijk gebruiken wij 'decreet' denk ik alleen voor regeringsbesluiten, en lijkt mij besluit hier het best passen
