momentsleutel Explanation: I've asked my son (who is a dentist) and his opinion is that the driver is a piece of window dressing and unnecessary. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 50 mins (2009-12-02 14:44:01 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I've talked to my son and this is basically a 'screwdriver' for use manually to insert the implant into the prepared bone. This avoids the use of mechanical handpieces that then have a torque limiter. There is no need to buy the mechanical one then. The torque for drilling into the bone is the same as driving in the implant. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2009-12-02 15:35:20 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The driver and torque wrench are integrated into the same tool |
