'All done and dusted. Now you just lie back and think beautiful thoughts while I shove of and mix the gamshack.' Aan het woord is Ali Baba, tandarts in Londen, tegen Michelle, een andere hoofdpersoon in "Open Sesam". Met 'gamshack' wordt zeer waarschijnlijk de vulling voor een tand bedoeld, maar ik weet het niet zeker, ik ga af op het 'mixen'. Weet iemand het Nederlandse woord voor mij? Bij voorbaat dank.

lijkt me inderdaad om het vullingmateriaal te gaan, gezien het vervolg van het verhaal, waarin de tandarts terugkomt en 'het zaakje' vult ( http://tinyurl.com/okqjgd2 ).

maar geen enkele relevante hit op Google en niks in de Urban dictionary - lijkt me een zelfverzonnen woord, dat de lezer uit de context wordt geacht te begrijpen.

tekst en tandarts zijn sowieso nogal lollig aangelegd.
