A very common mistake is that the technician is using the motor nominal speed from motor plate. In lowering,
the motor will run, as a generator, over synchronous speed. For that reason, the settings must be based on the
motor synchronous speed for the frequency equivalent to the max normal output frequency from the inverter.
MAXIMUM OUTPUT FREQUENCY EQUAL TO THE MOTOR NOMINAL FREQUENCY.

If a 1 pole pair motor, 50 Hz is running at maximum 50Hz from the inverter, the synchronous speed will be 3000
rpm. This is the initial value for calculating a proper setting according to the directives given below.
MAXIMUM OUTPUT FREQUENCY DIFFERS FROM MOTOR NOMINAL FREQUENCY

If a 1 pole pair motor, 50 Hz motor is running at maximum 34Hz from the inverter, the synchronous speed will
be 34/50 X 3000 = 2040rpm. This will be the initial value for calculating a proper setting according to the
directives given below.

Burde egentlig også kunne hedde 'etpolparsmotor'; dog ingen hits, og det er vist ikke brugt.
