Potřebovala bych vědět, co v americkém kontextu přesně znamená termín ´mixed-income housing´ a hlavně jak jej vyjádřit v češtině. Celá věta viz níže, jde o část odborné studie o významu a hodnotě kultury a umění obecně, zde konkrétně jde o výňatek z tzv. Bílé listiny o creative placemaking (celá kapitola je zjednodušeně o tom, jak umění a kultura přetvářejí čtvrti a města):

U nás nic takového neexistuje, rozhodně na tento typ bydlení žádný jednotný termín není. Překlad lze podle mě jedině opisem. Viz výše. Nelze však použít pouze smíšená obytná výstavba, protože to znamená polyfunkční využití
