disagree  Davor Sišul: U ovom slučaju jedini ispravan termin u skladu sa Zakonom o radu je "prestanak". Prema Zakonu o radu prekid ima drukčije pravno značenje i posljedice.

  -> Definite term shouldn’t be used as there are questions regarding the circumstances under which the job is left or lost, e.g. case of harassment at workplace, therefore not yet terminated. This is US Labour law, you can’t keep referring to the Croatian one
