Discussion
is the "pump lift" [additional pressure created by the pump pushing the water into the pipes] that is still available to push hot water into radiators after a part of this "pump lift" was used to push hot water into taps for domestic use.
Unsurprisingly, this graph shows that the more you open the hot water tap in the kitchen or the bathroom, less pressure remains available to push hot water into radiators.
