The following list of geotechnical sample locations have been chosen to define areas of differing
geo‐acoustic properties as defined by the analysis of side scan sonar, subbottom profiler, and
multibeam echosounder data. CPT and Virborcore locations have been selected at the same
locations to provide baseline data for CPT interpretation and data checks. CPT’s and Vibrocores
will be acquired during Phase 3 survey operations plotted on subsequent charts.
