I am trying to figure out what the Chinese equivalent of a Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration would be called in China.

Here, "Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration" is an approximate translation from the Peruvian-Spanish "certificado de registro sanitario": in its most general sense, this refers to a document certifying that a certain food product is registered locally, meets certain norms regarding health/hygiene/sanitary aspects and is permitted to be sold locally for consumption. This document may perhaps be called other things depending on the country.

I am NOT looking for a literal translation of the phrase "Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration", but for the real term that is actually used in China for the particular Chinese certificate that would be equivalent to a Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration.

In our particular case, the relevant Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration would apply to Chinese teas and be used in the context of exports of Chinese teas from a Chinese supplier to a Peruvian buyer. The Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration would be provided to the Chinese supplier by the Chinese authorities, sent by the Chinese supplier to the Peruvian buyer, and then submitted by the Peruvian buyer to the Peruvian authorities (as part of the requisites for registering the teas for commercial use in Peru).

According to our information, the Chinese equivalent of a Certificate of Sanitary/Health Registration for tea can be obtained in China from the following authorities:

如果光从提供的信息第二段来看 那么这个许可证 可能是食品生产许可证、也可能是食品流通许可证 生产领域由卫生部门主管 流通领域由工商部门主管 所以两个证的颁发机构也不一样 从倒数第二段的情况来看 这个证应该是流通领域的 所以应该翻译为食品流通许可证
