أنجليزي term

his employee

Example: To hire his "employee"

Employee in English refers both to a male or a female employee. When in translation, is it OK to say just موظفه or should we include an additional pronoun ending to refer to both the male and female; i.e., موظفه/ته? Should we follow this throughout the document with all the possible terms that require the additional inclusive pronoun?

Is there a convention one must follow?

If anyone can shed some light on this I would highly appreciate it.
Proposed translations (عربي)

You can use this if you did not find in the document which gender he means.
However, we use the male form to refer to both gender male and female.
