X verwerp uitdrukkelijk een Europese ad-hoc migratiebeleid van werknemers uit derde landen. Zodoende kan er geen onderscheid gemaakt worden tussen werknemers, ongeacht hun statuut, opleiding...
In questo caso non mi sembra possa essere inteso uno Statuto, quanto piuttosto uno "status", ma è corretto tradurre "statuut" in questo modo?

statuto: da 'statutu(m): decreto, decisione: atto che disciplina l'organizzazione e l'attività di una persona giuridica; complesso di deliberazioni normative di un ente
status: posizione di un individuo in una struttura sociale', da Benedetti Scott 162: 'inutile latinismo per stato giuridico'.
Da "Dizionario etimologico Cortelazzo/Zolli (Zanichelli).
Ad.es.per Statuto dei rifugiato si trovano molti esempi, lo stesso per Status.
A rigor di logica dovrebbe essere 'statuto' anche se i due termini in molti casi vengono usati senza distinzioni. Per quel motivo forse io userei 'status'.
