Nella frase: Wanneer u meer wilt weten over dit nieuwe merk, staan we u graag *ter woord*.

Nel mio esempio significa 'potete rivolgervi a noi/contattarci', o altro ? E l'espressione corretta è *te woord* o *ter woord staan*, o esistono tutte e due, ma con significati diversi ? Grazie !

Si tratta di un'espressione idiomatica.
Ma in ogni caso "ter woord staan" è sbagliato.
"Woord" è neutro e prende una preposizione maschile, che sarebbe "ten", "ter" con parole femminili. In ogni caso questi rimasugli di vecchie declinazioni permangono solo nelle espressioni idiomatiche. Per cui, sì, tutti i "ter woord staan" sono sbagliati.
