Hoe zouden jullie "met de opdracht die zij uiteenzet" vertalen in volgende juridische context (vonnis Kamer van Koophandel):

"De rechtbank neemt de zaak een eerste maal in beraad op de zitting van [dag] [maand] [jaar]. Zij stelt de heer [familienaam] aan als deskundige met de opdracht die zij uiteenzet."

Zelf had ik voor "een opdracht uiteenzetten" iets gevonden als "exposer une mission". Zou dat hier passen?
