agree  freekfluweel: Heb in mijn studententijd kilometers achter zo'n ding gestaan, nooit geweten dat dat zo heette. Ik deed de zgn. "kleine vaat" (maar wel heel veel van dat!). Zou overigens "industrial" weglaten, klinkt niet lekker in een keuken.
