Danish term or phrase: Fleksplads
I am in need of good English translation of the Danish term fleksplads - as in: Vores priser starter fra 1500 dkk/mdr for en fleksplads.
A 'fleksplads' is a desk (though not necessarily always the same desk) that you rent, typically part time, in a coworking space.

Prøv at Google det og du vil finde en masse hits.
Må erkende, at jeg ikke har hørt det før, men Google siger mig, at det er det, det hedder på engelsk.

Hot-desk

Explanation:
Not a new concept, one I thought about using as a business model some seven years ago.
Hot-desking is popular in places like the UK, but the model has not penetrated the US.

I should note, the term comes from 'hot-bunking', which is something sailors in submarines do.
