Notes to answerer
Asker: I mean the latter - the principle i.e. the practice or power. It is a conclusion after a discussion of the impostion of an injunction. This is how the whole sentence goes: Fogedforbudsinstituttet søges i den foreliggende situation alene anvendt som pressionsmiddel til at opnå en retsposition, som X's immaterialrettigheder ikke kan begrunde.

Asker: Thank you very, very much, Christine for an elegant suggestion. :-). good night, then !
