neutral  Pernille Chapman: Good in some contexts, but not all "sidde-/hvilemøbler" include a mechanism for reclining. And I can only think of "easy chair", which of course doesn't cover the full meaning either...

agree  Websyster (X): I'd focus not on the furniture itself but on the type of room where this furniture is used, e.g. "living room furniture". Lounge is good, as it implies both the act of lounging and the room "lounge".
