English translation:Home-spiced aquavit
Explanation:
I recently completed a large translation for Aalborg Snaps and became very familiar with their preferred glossary of terms. This the one they use in all of their marketing as their preferred term. And Aalborg Snaps - or Allaborg Aquavit are Denmark's biggest producers of snaps!

Only just saw your last comment - I disagree with flavoured snaps in English - it is a very loose translation - Aalborg were always very specific about the fact that it was "spiced" as it is brewed in a special way - hope that helps!

spiced schnapps

Explanation:
See link for Google results. Note there's a dilled schnapps among these; also found as "Dild Snaps" at the second link.

I would not capitalize schnapps here.

aquavit flavored with herbs and spices

Explanation:
Sandra makes a strong case and this is obviously more "wordy." However, I find it a bit odd to not mention the HERBS which are really quite essential to the mix, so if it's not too cumbersome for the text, I might go with this more detailed translation.
And I have to agree that it is odd that there is such a lack of "reliable" translations from traditional sources.
