If it is referring to unge mennesker vem optræder med aggressivt og voldeligt, I am not sure that the social scientists have come up with a particular term for this, referring to certain groups who engage in aggression and random violence against others outside of their social group.

agree  flynn: I agree context will be very important here. For example, arrest for criminal offense is spoken of, so it may be better translated "vandals".
