was launched to promote
He was promoted to senior editor.
The team have been promoted to the First Division.
Mediators were present to promote dialogue.
The island is being promoted as a destination for romantic getaways.

: Ali kakve to ima veze sa pitanjem?/ Sve je to u redu (e.g. XY was launched to promote the Publisher) ali zaista ne bih rekla da se "was launched to promote" uklapa u postavljeno pitanje tj. zanima me kako biste to ukomponovali u dati kontekst? ;)

Pozz

During (as part of) the presentation the Brochure... has been launched...
Here we have an excellent example of "false friends". "Promocija" means presentation in this context while an English word "promotion" generally means "unapređenje".
