Fold under the end (of the bias tape) Explanation: 粗网上口折倒正面压织带 vs. 包边带接头要折光 * Fold the "raw edge" of the netting with the right side (of the project) tugged underneath the "double sided bias tape" * Fold under the end (of the bias tape) (so it overlaps the starting point of the bias tape). It might be a little long and I even added a little detail to make it less confusing and easier for reader to understand. I am a sewer and this is how I would write the instruction. 压织带and包边带should be the same term in English (Bias Tape) which is used to make a clean finish of a project to prevent the raw edge from unraveling. It's basically a strip of fabric that's been cut at a 45˚ angle to the weave or grain.
