多謝兩位前輩提供翻譯。但由於末學在詢問原作者（一位比丘尼）後，她表示：「一座香是指修持的時間，並不是用真的香做測量的標準（或許古代沒時鐘的時候是）。依照不同的儀軌或修持內容，而分別有訂立時間。例如禪七時，若說一天要打十一支香，我們就會知道這是很嚴格緊密的修持（經驗）。」所以，末學也不知道到底要如何翻譯了。因此，我把問題先close了。多謝你們的參與。感恩！

The quantity word "座" may refer to the incense burner (一座香炉）where joss sticks are held vertically while being burnt, or a spiral coil like a pyramid or mountain. The latter allows more time for the joss stick to be burnt. As known a custom in temples, time used to be measured against the duration of the joss stick burnt out.
Since there isn't a strict idea about how long the duration of a burning joss stick is, I guess there is no need to specify the detail of the quantity word.
