资信证明, literally means "credit standing certificate", which is very similar to the credit standing report by Dun&Bradstreet. Here, 资信证明 is just a certificate issued by a bank to the effect that as of the date of the certificate, the customer has always maintained a good relationship with the bank, enjoyed a sound financial strength, without any misconduct, default, or negligence during its dealings with the bank, and no such bad acts with any other parties as far as the bank knows.
I myself were involved in issuing such certificates to customers many years ago.
