web analytics? Explanation: One party is running a website for/used by the other party, right? So what's happening is that the tech party provides all data to the other party: not just orders that consumers make on the website, but also how long they stay on the site, what they look at, what they click on, etc., etc. The Wiki page goes through the basics, and that page just uses the word "behavior". I think "behavior data, click data, etc." would probably cover it. Reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_analytics |

Behavioral data Explanation: Behavioral Data When a consumer visits a web site, the pages they visit, the amount of time they view each page, the links they click on, the searches they make and the things that they interact with, allow sites to collect that data, and other factors, create a 'profile' that links to that visitor's web browser. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behavioral_targeting |
