"stall" and "stand" suggest that there is no proper table seating, or that it's a "to go" place. Bujas also suggests "kebab restaurant", and most will recognize that word although usually it refers to raznjice (brochettes), not ground meat cevap. The more common spelling in the US is "kabob".
