upgrade/enhancement Explanation: provided translations all deal with the semantic meaning of the word, I belive it is the contextual meaning here... "تعليه" in terms of software, engineering/structures, technology may mean 'upgrading and enhancements' in this context, the second party shall not object to any works of upgrading/enhancements that the landloard wants to conduct, such as Solar system..etc in the building. |
