Adding target tags to a translated XLF with SmartCat

Hi,
I have exported an English language XLF file and had it translated into 14 other languages. However the exported XLF file only has tags and not associated tags. Our translation team returned the XLF files and only translated the text required and did not change or add the tags.
Is it possible to simply upload the translated XLF file to SmartCat and get it to add the target tags for export? We do not need the files translated again such add the target tags?
