Ông Kyle F. Kelhofer, Giám đốc quốc gia cấp cao khu vực Việt Nam, Lào, Campuchia của Tổ chức Tài chính quốc tế nhấn mạnh đến tính bất ổn của thị trường thương mại, nhưng theo ông, thách thức cần phải chuyển hóa thành cơ hội.
Vị này cho rằng cac quốc gia trong bối cảnh mới đang tiến dần đền việc tăng cường hợp tác, để đảm bảo (nhận) được sự hỗ trợ trong những bất định. Do vậy, việc Việt Nam tham gia vào các Hiệp định thương mại tự do thế hệ mới sẽ mở ra một cánh cửa quan trọng. Cánh cửa này không chỉ là cơ hội giao thương, kết nối mà còn là chất xúc tác để nền kinh tế 90 triệu dân cải cách.

Kyle F.Kelhofer marcó la incertidumbre del mercado comercial, en su opinión, hay que convertir desafios en oportunidades.
Señala que los paises en el nuevo contexto estan llegando a intensificar la cooperación para asegurar…... Por eso, la cooperación de Vietnam en los nuevos Acuerdos de Comercio libre abrirá una puerta importante. Esta puerta no solo es una oportunidad para el intercambio comercial, sino también un catalizador para la reforma de la economía de 90 millones de personas.
